One firm. A clear annual price.

First 30 days free for up to 10 users. Your trial starts when your workspace is activated. After 30 days, choose a paid package and pay its annual fee upfront to continue. No payment is due during the trial. Request activation through our team; the 10-user trial cap applies even if your intended paid plan includes more users.

After the 30-day trial, the selected annual package is paid upfront before paid access continues. The paid 12-month term starts after the trial. Annual packages are billed as one upfront payment; monthly instalments are not offered. Your package and payment details are confirmed before purchase.

The displayed price is the annual fee for your firm, including the staff allowance shown. All plans include unlimited client records. Prices exclude 18% GST; external client contacts are not paid internal staff seats.

Accounts, assignments with list and Kanban, tasks, queries, checklists, templates, schedules, reminders, projects, contracts, invoicing integration, compliance, DSC tracking, timesheets, TimeDesk attendance and leave, and organisation reports. Growth, Scale and Office also include account and auditor reports, Vault and custom fields. Third-party subscriptions and paid messaging are separate where applicable.

Extra internal staff cost ₹499 per user per year. Additional Drive storage is ₹399 per 10 GB per year. An AI pack costs ₹299 per year and adds 20 answers to each month's allowance for your firm. Packs can be stacked; prices exclude GST. Contact us to arrange an add-on or upgrade and confirm any adjustment for the remaining paid term.

AI allowances are shared across the firm, not allocated per user. Start and Team include 50 answers per month; Growth, Scale and Office include 200. One answered question counts as one answer; failed or empty turns do not count. Unused answers do not carry over. Large-document processing and any separately paid services are confirmed before purchase.

The owner and enabled partners, managers, staff and article trainees use internal seats. Pending invitations reserve capacity. Restricted client contacts, suspended users and deactivated users are excluded. A larger paid package does not raise the 10-user limit during the free trial.
