1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Cam-Desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.
2. Description of Service
Cam-Desk is a practice management platform designed for CA, CS, accounting, and professional services firms. Our service may include:
- Assignments and client work management
- Document and Drive-style file management
- Contracts, invoicing, and reminders
- TimeDesk and workforce-related flows
- AI Assistant features subject to your plan and permissions
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use our service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Register for an account (or be invited by your firm)
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
3.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities under your account
- Notifying us of any suspected security breaches
4. Payment Terms
Cam-Desk offers annual firm packages with the staff, storage and usage allowances shown on the Pricing page. Prices exclude 18% GST. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees according to your selected plan
- Provide valid payment or billing information
- Authorize billing according to the agreed cycle
- Pay any applicable taxes
New trial workspaces receive 30 days free from activation for up to 10 internal users. After the trial, the selected annual fee is paid upfront before paid access continues. The paid 12-month term starts after the trial. A trial request does not itself authorise a payment; package and billing details are confirmed before purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Cam-Desk — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Cambiante Technologies Private Limited (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
By uploading content to our platform, you:
- Retain ownership of your content
- Grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service
- Ensure your content does not violate any laws or rights
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cam-Desk and Cambiante Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform where appropriate.
